Les Ch'tis Normands Gîte in the countryside

Unique in Mortrée! Enjoy a quiet accommodation surrounded by our animals (chickens, sheep, goats,...), renovated in October 2023, fully equipped. Located between Alençon and Argentan, a few kilometers from Sées, a historic town, small city of character. 🚙 20 minutes from the National Pin Stud Farm🐎, and close to the Ecouves Animal Park🐖, not to mention its many castles that are in the Orne⛲. We are 1 hour from Caen. Less than 20 minutes from the Ducs d'Essay circuit. The space Accommodation in the countryside with a small yard next to the chickens🐔 in front of the sheep 🐑 and goats 🐐 for the great happiness of young and old! Composed of a large open living room 🛋️ with dining room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo, Croque-Monsieur machine...), a bathroom with walk-in shower🚿, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with large dressing rooms. On the landing there is a library area, games for young AND old! 🧮📚 ✨ Free fiber Wi-Fi available! And for hot weather, a small fan and a standing fan. ‼️WARNING ‼️ - The baby crib is provided upon request with sheets. (notify as soon as possible). - Sofa bed sheets are provided on request (notify as soon as possible). Guest access The accommodation is rented entirely. On Google Maps: Enter "Les Ch'tis Normands Mortrée" and you will arrive directly at the cottage. Other things to note Stroll and/or fish on the banks of our quiet river. Admire and feed the animals. Bring your kite to enjoy the large parking lot to make it fly. Starting in May, barbecue available until mid-October. For small children, bicycles (up to 3 years) and scooters are available.
