Ideally located between Alençon and Argentan, close to Sées, the Haras du Pin stud farm, the Écouves Forest, and the Ducs d’Essay circuit. A perfect setting to reconnect and relax. To entertain you and have a good time with your family, a petanque court (Size: 13.5 m long / 4.80 m wide) is at your disposal, bicycles and scooter for children, slide and swing to enjoy to the fullest. Composed of a large open plan living room 🛋️ with dining room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, senseo, croque monsieur.. ) , a bathroom with Italian shower🚿, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with large walk-in closets. Starting in May, barbecue available until mid-October. For small children, bicycles (up to 3 years) and scooters are available.
