Cozy house with garden & pétanque – peaceful Normandy

Perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends and family. Enjoy a cozy, quiet cottage in the heart of the Normandy countryside, surrounded by our animals (chickens, sheep, etc.). Fully renovated and equipped, it offers all the comforts you need for a rejuvenating stay. Ideally located between Alençon and Argentan, close to Sées, the Haras du Pin stud farm, the Écouves Forest, and the Ducs d’Essay circuit. A perfect setting to reconnect and relax. The space Accommodation in the countryside with a small courtyard next to the chickens🐔 and opposite the sheep🐑, to the delight of young and old alike! For entertainment and family fun, there is a pétanque court (dimensions: 13.5 m long/4.80 m wide) at your disposal, bikes and scooters for children, and a slide and swing to enjoy to the fullest. Comprises a large open-plan living room 🛋️ with dining area, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo machine, croque-monsieur maker, raclette set...), a bathroom with walk-in shower 🚿, washing machine, dryer, and separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with large walk-in closets. On the landing there is a library area and games for young AND old! 🧮📚 ✨ Free fiber Wi-Fi available! And for hot weather, a small fan and a floor-standing fan. ‼️PLEASE NOTE ‼️ - The travel cot for babies is provided upon request with sheets. (Notify us as soon as possible). - Sheets for the sofa bed are provided on request (please let us know as soon as possible). Dogs/cats are not allowed in the cottage. Thank you. Guest access The accommodation is rented entirely. On Google Maps: Enter "Les Ch'tis Normands Mortrée" and you will arrive directly at the cottage. Other things to note Stroll and/or fish on the banks of our quiet river. Admire and feed the animals. Bring your kite to enjoy the large parking lot to make it fly. Starting in May, barbecue available until mid-October. For small children, bicycles (up to 3 years) and scooters are available.
