Unique in Mortrée! Enjoy a quiet accommodation surrounded by our animals (chickens, sheep, goats,...), renovated in October 2023, fully equipped. Located between Alençon and Argentan, a few kilometers from Sées, a historic town, small city of character. 🚙 20 minutes from the National Pin Stud Farm🐎, and close to the Ecouves Animal Park🐖, not to mention its many castles that are in the Orne⛲. We are 1 hour from Caen. Less than 20 minutes from the Ducs d'Essay circuit. The space Accommodation in the countryside with a small courtyard next to the chickens🐔in front of the sheep 🐑 and goats 🐐 to the delight of young and old alike! Composed of a large open plan living room 🛋️ with dining room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, senseo, croque monsieur.. ) , a bathroom with Italian shower🚿, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with one double bed 160 x 200 and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with large dressings. On the landing there is a library area, games for young and old! 🧮📚 Free ✨ Wi-Fi with fiber available! And for the great heat, a small fan and a freestanding fan. Other things to note Stroll and/or fish on the banks of our quiet river. Admire and feed the animals. Bring your kite to enjoy the large parking lot to make it fly. Starting in May, barbecue available until mid-October. For small children, bicycles (up to 3 years) and scooters are available.
