Hacienda Chan Chan - Farm Bungalow.

Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains North of Cuenca near the picturesque village of Chiquintad. We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. We no longer offer breakfast or any meals. Please bring food to cook. The space The bungalow is a rustic cabin, outfitted with all of the necessities to make your stay comfortable. There is a small cook stove and refrigerator for our guests. Guest access Guests have access to all 90 hectares of our farm. You can explore our river bottom, park like, dairy grazing fields, or climb to over 3000 meters to take in the views of Cuenca. Other things to note The farm is located at just under 3000 meters. It can get cool at night and you should bring warm clothing. Depending on the season it can be rainy, so you may want rain jackets and water proof shoes for hiking around the farm. Regarding pets, we do not allow them.
