Novocell is a small, cozy house in the mountains that is perfect for small groups of family, friends, couples, etc. It is a fully private lodge with good access from highways and national roads, close to tourist destinations such as Yufuin and Beppu, where you can climb mountains in spring, escape the heat in summer, see autumn leaves in autumn, and ski in winter. Enjoy the smooth alkaline hot spring in the large bathtub. We also offer free drinks, home bakery, manga, and on-demand TV services, so it's fun to have a relaxing stay. Cooking utensils, toasters, hot sandwich makers, and a sink for making somen noodles are also available, so you can bring your own ingredients and enjoy a homemade home party. You can now enjoy movies and video content with the projector in the small Japanese-style room. Since it is a villa area, you may also encounter a sky full of stars at night and snowy scenery in the middle of winter. How about a night walk with a lantern? Use insect repellent if needed. For video content, you can enjoy Prime Video and Netflix for free on TVs and large-screen projectors. You may not get enough sleep on rainy days or long nights in autumn and winter. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy your stay. Guest access The entire place is for rent. You can park 2 cars right in front of the entrance. Excellent access to the house from the parking lot. Other things to note Since the source temperature of the hot spring is 29°C, it is heated by a water heater. Using the pellet stove incorrectly can be life-threatening. Be sure to follow the instructions for use and use it safely. Please be quiet after 8 pm for the sake of the neighbors. Please be aware that if you make too much noise, you may be asked to leave or the police may be called. Please understand the house rules and treat the space as if it were your own. Because it is a compact house, barbecuing and smoking indoors is prohibited because the smell can easily permeate the room. No smoking, including e-cigarettes. If barbecuing or smoking is confirmed, we will charge 10,000 yen for additional cleaning to remove the smell. There are security cameras located outside the entrance, and we check to see if there are any mistakes in the number of people at check-in. If there is a difference in the number of people, we will charge 5,000 yen for each additional person. Please understand in advance. Check-out is strictly at 11 am. If you exceed the time, we will charge 3,000 yen per hour. Pellets for the pellet stove are free of charge when filled in the main unit. It lasts about 10 hours.
