Spacious, three bedroom home on two private acres. This property is centrally located - only 5 minutes drive from the beach and nearest town, or easily accessed by the nearby bike path. There's plenty of room for parking and includes a secured area for your furry friends. The property is fully fenced. The space Boasting three spacious bedrooms and a large living area, there is plenty of space for the whole family. A fully equipped laundry is available for use, with plenty of outdoor hanging space. Keep warm in the main living area with an open fire place. Firewood is provided for your stay. A full kitchen will enable you to make all your meals in comfort. Appliances include electric stove top and oven, dishwasher, sandwich press, food processor, kettle and toaster. There are two outdoor undercover decks to enjoy the tree top views with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Other things to note We love dogs and welcome all our guests to enjoy the stay with their whole family. Dogs are welcome both inside and out, but please keep them off the beds and lounge furniture. There is plenty of space outside for your dogs to run around and a dog friendly stretch of beach located at the northern end of Tathra Beachside Caravan Park. For most of the year, this property is our home, so you will be sharing the space with our chickens. They are self sufficient, so won’t need tending to but help yourself to some eggs!
