Several sleeping options, a private infrared sauna and a bow and roof terrace make the houseboat versatile. It is located on the Lankenauer Höft, a lively, year-round place on the Weser with a restaurant, events and beach area. Bremen city center is within easy reach while you stay right on the waterfront. The space The houseboat LEE+ offers 98 sqm of space for up to 7 people. The open living area is equipped with a sofa bed. The pantry kitchen has a stovetop, a fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, smart TV, storage space and blackout and privacy blinds. The separate sleeping cabin has a bunk bed in a standard length of 2.00 m as well as an additional pull-out bed and can accommodate up to 3 people. The modern bathroom complements the furnishings in a meaningful way. The private infrared sauna completes the room concept. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and a safe are provided. Front and roof terraces extend the living space. The slight swinging of the fixed houseboat is part of the stay. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the houseboat during your stay and have access to all indoor areas as well as the bow and roof terrace. Check-in is flexible so you can arrive relaxed. Each houseboat has 1 free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the jetty. Other things to note All houseboats are non-smoking and have Wi-Fi, a safe, blackout blinds and full kitchen facilities. Optionally, you can use a bread service or rent a barbecue for evenings on the terrace, depending on availability. Public events are regularly held at the Lankenauer Höft, to which houseboat guests have free admission. Depending on the event, it can get livelier on individual evenings.
