Welcome to Shalimar Views, a quiet 2-bedroom patio home nestled on what was a 9 hole golf course. Shalimar Golf Course shut down in April 2025. This charming getaway still offers views of the old golf course from our back patio. Centrally located in Tempe with easy access to freeways & airports and sports events like MLB or Cactus League Spring Training (less than 10 minutes from Chicago Cubs field & Diamondback’s Salt River Field), Phoenix Open Golf, Phoenix Suns & WNBA basketball. The space Home has been updated from top to bottom, and the entire home is available to our guests. Self check-in with a digital keypad door lock. Entry code will be sent to guests the night before you arrive. Living room has a 55” HDTV and fireplace has realistic electric logs controlled by a remote control. The back room, which we call the “TV game room” is suitable for children and has games, toys, puzzles, books, plush animals and also has a 40” HDTV. In the back, the private patio faces out to what was Shalimar golf course. 1 car attached garage is also available for secure parking. Enjoy a worry free stay! Guest access Guests have access to entire property including the private back patio with a fenced in back yard. Patio also has bistro table & chairs and a propane BBQ grill for our guests. Other things to note The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin XL beds which we can be arranged into a king bed (with advanced notice). The TV Game Room & office which is at the back of the house has its own patio entrance and is cooled by its very own air conditioning & heating system.
