Crosby is a small seaside town with a rich cultural heritage, a vibrant dining scene, and what is almost certainly the finest beach in Merseyside. Crosby makes for a great day trip from nearby Liverpool while others choose the town as a tranquil base from which to explore the area. With a strong connection to the Irish Sea, Crosby is popular among locals for its marina – a hot spot for diverse wildlife – and Crosby Beach, home to the iconic Another Place art installation. The space Our house is in a unique conservation area, with private roads and backs on to a cricket club. Wonderful walks direct from the property, to Little Crosby Village or to the coast. Famous Anthony Gormley sculptures can be found at Crosby Beach and the famous Red Squirrel reserve at Formby is a short drive away. Close to World famous golf clubs, such as Royal Birkdale and West Lancashire. Hot tub can be used at an extra cost. Guest access Guests will have access to most of property, with some rooms locked off. Four double rooms, master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite. Beautiful gardens to front and back, with garden furniture. Other things to note Parking – car port for 1 vehicle, driveway for 2 vehicles and no restriction for parking on the road outside the property Hot tub can be used for an extra charge of £25 a day or £150 for a week. Strictly no charging of electric cars unless pre authorised and will be charged at a rate of £10 per charge. Please let us know beforehand if you do need to charge your car.
