You’ll have a dedicated parking spot, so no worries about finding a place to park. - **Public Transport:** The apartment is well-connected with public transportation. The JVC area is serviced by bus routes, and the nearest metro station (Dubai Internet City) is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the city. - **Building Amenities:** The building features a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and 24/7 security for your safety and convenience. - **WiFi & Entertainment:** High-speed WiFi is provided, along with a smart TV equipped with streaming services for your entertainment. - **Air Conditioning:** The apartment is fully air-conditioned to keep you comfortable, no matter the weather outside. - **Quiet Hours:** Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM, as JVC is a residential neighborhood, and we want to respect all neighbors. - **Check-In/Check-Out:** Standard check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability, but please confirm with us in advance. ***IMPORTANT NOTE ON CHECK IN TIME: Please note that in rare cases, check-in may be slightly delayed due to same-day guest departures, maintenance, or deep cleaning to ensure the apartment meets our quality standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. - **Safety:** The apartment is fully equipped with smoke detectors, a first-aid kit, and a fire extinguisher for your peace of mind. - **House Rules:** No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed inside the apartment.
