The space This home has been in our family since 1980. We want you to know in advance, it’s has been well used and well loved. As with any older mobile home, there are imperfections. However, we are continually working to update and improve it. All bed linens are new, rooms have been newly painted, and the space is clean. Since we are unable to be there year round, we want to share this little piece of our family with yours. We feel the price is well reflective of the space. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an affordable place to lay your head while enjoying beach, fun, and fabulous food during your vacation! Guest access The entire home is private and located two blocks from the beach. The beach access is for Laguna Beach residents only (that’s you!) and prevents you from searching for parking spaces and super long walks to the beach. The beach can be seen in the horizon from the road in front of the home it’s so close! The home also has private parking and easily accommodates 2 vehicles. Other things to note No smoking, parties, or extra guests beyond the original number booked will be permitted. Additional charges will be applied for violations. Must be 25 years of age to book. We do not offer wifi. However, there is a smart tv that will hook up to hot spot on your phone if you wish.
