There is ofter times during the year you may find algae present. It is an important part of the lakes eco system. Algae is an unpredictable occurrence. We will not cancel your reservation if algae is present during your stay. *During certain times of year the lake also has a "Rice fly" bug the resemble a mosquito but it does not bite. This bug is attracted to the lights and is more of a nuisance than anything else. *No pets on the property will be tolerated. Violation will result in eviction without a refund. * NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WILL BE TOLERATED! If this were to happen you will be asked to vacate property immediately without a refund. * Security and Motion Cameras with lights are on the property. They are located on Garage, in courtyard on side of house, side entrance, front door, on back side of house, and in center of back slider doors on back of house. * Boat lift is strictly not to be used by guest. *There is a public Boat Launch 2 doors from the house. Easy access for your boating needs.
