The spacious heated sunroom and dining area offer 180° views of Lake Couchiching, perfect for enjoying sunsets and watching wildlife together. With modern amenities, classic cottage charm, and a welcoming, accessible layout, it’s an ideal spot for making memories in any season. Guest access Guest Access Guests have full use of the property, except for certain locked storage areas and the garage. If a motorboat is moored at the dock, please note it is not available for guest use. Other things to note Accessibility & Young Children – Important Notes Please note: The property is well suited for groups where one or more members may have mobility restrictions. This includes two main floor bathrooms and bedrooms, a wide entranceway, an outdoor dining area and step-free access from the parking. The property has stairs that lead to two additional upstairs bedrooms that may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We can also provide temporary grab-bars for extra support in the bathrooms. Some inside doorways and pathways are not fully accessible for mobility aids, and guests are encouraged to inquire in advance. The waterfront dock and outdoor areas are traditional wooden docks and uneven — extra care is required. For families with young children: The property is not child-proofed. There are stairs, an unfenced waterfront, and other features that require supervision at all times. We do not provide cribs, highchairs, or safety gates — please bring your own if needed. Guests are responsible for supervising children both indoors and outdoors. We want all guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay, so please consider these points when deciding if our cottage is a good fit for you.
