The space We have been living here for 2 years now and have completely renovated the monumental house of 183m2 to contemporary comfort while retaining many authentic details: keeping ceilings with beams, corners and niches everywhere and a height of 290 m. The kitchen is the place to be with a large oven and invites you to delicious evenings dining overlooking the garden, where you can sit in the sun in the summer until the end of the day. And even a plunge pool! You sit together at the bar, which gives extra coziness. In the living room, you can sit by the fireplace and lounge sofas. TV with all channels and video land and Netflix Parking is free at the door and in the immediate vicinity . Heusden has various shops and restaurants and beautiful walks over the city walls . There are 4 beautiful bedrooms on the 1st floor with beds made (180/140/120 and 90 cm wide) and an extra sleeping place in a real bedstee (100 cm wide) in one of the bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and all have windows and space for your belongings. Each room has its own unique colors and layout. 2 bedrooms share a hallway in which there is also an extra sink. NEW ATTIC: In the attic is a fully-fledged luxury apartment with a double bed, private living room and very luxurious bathroom with toilet. TV and dining table. This attic can be rented for larger groups of 6 or more people. The toilet and bathroom ( separately from each other ) are in the middle floor of the house on the loft . The house has stairs in the middle of the house and is not suitable for the disabled. Guest access Living room and kitchen (separate) on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the mezzanine and 4 bedrooms with an extra sink on the 1st floor. These 4 bedrooms have: • 2 bedrooms with a bed for 2 people (180 and 140 wide) plus in one of these 2 bedrooms there is a bed that can be used for 1 person (if you do not want to use the bed of 140 wide together) •2 bedrooms with a bed for 1 person. (120 and 90 wide) Please : By mutual agreement and for groups of 6 or more, it is possible to rent an additional entire attic apartment. There are 2 more sleeping places here. (bed of 180 wide) incl. an extra living and bathing area. (60m2) We rent the attic with 7 or 8 people. All requests up to 6 people are without the entire attic floor.
