The chalet features a hot tub and barrel sauna in the large garden, and affords stunning views from its peaceful setting in the quiet hamlet of Chez Renand next to Vercland, Samoens. Luxurious extras include the warming log burner, huge kitchen with marble worktops and an environmentally friendly heat exchange system. The space The main door opens onto a wide and welcoming entrance foyer, with four of the chalet’s five enormous ensuite bedrooms located on this level. A second door provides direct access to a huge heated ski and boot room, equipped with carved wooden bench seat, ski racks, ample hanging and shelving space, washing machine and tumble dryer. This space would also be suitable for bike storage in the summer months. Take the staircase to the chalet’s mid-level living space, an immense area with central log burner and suspended globe lights, which hang from double height ceilings. Light floods in from all directions through glass panel doors and windows, affording stunning views as you dine at the extendable wooden dining table. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, featuring marble worktops and central island with breakfast bar, two full-size ovens, 5-burner induction stove top, dishwasher, and American style fridge-freezer. The many cupboards and drawers are stocked with all the pots, pans, crockery, glass and bakeware you could possibly need, with specialty items including fondue set, slow cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. There is access onto the balcony wrapping around 2 sides of the chalet from the dining area to enjoy a coffee while admiring the views. Relax by the fire in the large chair, or retire to the separate lounge room, with two large 3-seater sofas plus additional 2-seater. A large LG TV equipped with Blu-ray disc player and both HUMAX and Skybox satellite TV (French & English channels), and selection of films, books and board games are provided for your entertainment. The lounge also features an electric log-burning effect heater. The chalet’s entire upper level comprises a mezzanine space and impressive ensuite Master Bedroom.
