A large porch and a garden are available; 2 e-bikes (for rent) and from May to September you can cool off in the Tankkd (with an outdoor shower) A few minutes by car you can reach the characteristic town of Moncalvo, where the traditional Truffle Fair takes place every year in autumn. The space The three-room apartment is accessible from the property's garden and has a separate entrance. It is spread over 2 levels: kitchen and living room on the ground floor, double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and living room with desk on the first floor. In the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace to create a romantic atmosphere in the colder evenings, as well as the heating system with heaters in all rooms. The apartment has a beautiful view of the hills of Moncalvo and the room overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. The car can be parked in a dedicated area a few steps from the entrance of the property. Guest access Guests have access to a large porch next to the entrance where you can have lunch outdoors enjoying an open view of the garden and the surrounding hills. On sunny days there are 2 sun loungers to relax in the sun in the garden or shelter in the shade under the porch. A barbecue and a fire pit are available to enjoy the outdoors even in the coldest season. Other things to note In the town of Moncalvo you can find many typical products, including definitely wine and quality meats. In the fall, there are numerous initiatives to participate in, undoubtedly the Truffle Fair and the ancient feast of the fat ox. In summer, lively fairs and village festivals are organized to promote local products. Moncalvo's municipal outdoor pool is very appreciated, where you can spend the hottest days in total. For those who love trekking, in just over an hour on foot you can reach, with a pleasant route, the Santuario di Crea, a UNESCO heritage site.
