The space This quietly located family home is ideal for, for example, a family with 2 children and grandparents. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with fireplace, luxurious spacious kitchen and another spacious room that can be used as a dining room/workplace/playroom. There is also a toilet room on the ground floor. The luxurious spacious kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances: a combi microwave/oven, a 2nd oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and induction cooktop for 5 pans. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with various kitchen utensils (filter coffee maker and Quooker). Via the stairs, you reach the floor where 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located: 1 large spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed with electrically adjustable bed base and ensuite the spacious complete bathroom with double sink, toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower with rain shower. Also, this "master bedroom" has a walk-in closet. 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed 2 children's bedrooms, each with a single bed On the landing, you will find the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine on the 2nd floor. Of course, your bed is made upon arrival and towels are waiting for you. Outside adjacent to the kitchen, there is a private garden with seating and trampoline, a 2nd private terrace that you reach from the living room with 2 large lounge chairs and a 3rd terrace with large dining table and BBQ that is shared with any guests from the apartment in the back. In all these places, you can enjoy the flowers and the greenery surrounding this nice house. There are 2 bicycles at the house that you can use for free. You also don't have to worry about your car, there are 2 spacious parking spaces available for you on private property. You have neighbors around the house, please take this into account. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal including private backyard and 2nd terrace. The 3rd terrace located between the house and the house/apartment at the back is shared with any other guests of the apartment. The driveway to and next to the house is also used by others. Other things to note We find our home less suitable for families with young children. There are no safety measures for small children such as stair gates, secured sockets, etc. Our home is also located near water.
