Camp Sweetheart The space Sitting on 125 feet of direct lakefront access sits Camp Sweetheart. Overlooking Keeler Bay, this charming cabin-style home boasts an effortless indoor/outdoor living flow. Time under the sunshine can be spent gliding across the water via the provided kayak or canoe, swimming off the dock, reading in the hammock, or hosting cookouts over the grill and picnic table. Some of the area's best sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed daily from the waterside Adirondack chairs, and the rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch are ideal for comfortable chats. Near your stay, enjoy exploring Grand Isle State Park, Sand Bar State Park, Hackett's Orchard, multiple wineries, and E Shore North's scenic drive. Inside, get comfortable amongst warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and leather seating. All of your culinary needs will be attended to in the well-equipped kitchen, and after eating, gather in the spacious living room or enclosed patio for a board game night. Get a good night's rest each evening as you tuck under the plush quilts and utilize the home's ceiling fans and portable fans to stay cool. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two of the sleeping areas are enclosed patios. Water for camp is from the lake; please bring your own water for drinking. The propane stove is thermostat-controlled. Swimming and boating near the shoreline may be impacted by invasive grasses. There are ceiling fans in the main camp living room and two ceiling fans on the front porch. Portable fans are also available. The camp is not equipped with air-conditioning. Guest access The front and back porch entrances are through unlocked storm doors. The road-facing door has a key lock but is typically left open, and the other two doors have hook-and-eye latches that are normally open as well. Check your confirmation for any specific key or access details upon arrival. Other things to note The camp draws water from the lake, which is not suitable for drinking - please bring your own drinking water. Water can be boiled for cooking and other uses. Trash and mixed recycling bins are located outside the side door. If you need laundromat services, facilities are available near Milton, VT.
