Great location, near NC State, downtown Raleigh and Cary. It's a clean place to stay. No smoking, no vaping, and no pets permitted. The space This is the guest bedroom in a 3-bedroom condo unit with a comfortable Queen size bed, a desk, and a smart TV. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom, dedicated for guest only. Guest access The guest is welcome to use the kitchen but must leave everything clean immediately after a meal is prepared. There are paper cups, plates, and disposable silverware available if need it. During your stay I rather communicate by text but if I am at home, it's ok to call my attention verbally. Other things to note I clean the room only after the guests leave.
