The house consists of a small entrance, embellished with hanging and printed wooden panels, which tell you stories of the family and the mill, two magnificent handwritten letters from the early 1900s, and wall decorations. A very bright open space, with a new kitchen, windows that are natural paintings on the Conca del Sambuco, a sofa bed (140x190) - antique and dated elements completely "revisited" in a lighter key will accompany your snacks; the kitchen balcony provides you with more views: on the old part, on the courtyard, on the green forest, and the stream below you. In addition, a beautiful and spacious covered outdoor terrace, with handmade furniture from the 1930s, gives you the space with a digital connection. The colors of the whole house have been chosen to gently unite it with the natural context in which it is located, natural colors that recall the earth, the stones and the romanticism of the place. Upstairs is the airy, romantic double bedroom, full of details to enhance its naturalness and history; a double bed (French size 140x200) from the second half of the 1800s in solid walnut; with the possibility of adding a single bed. It communicates directly with the bright bathroom. Each room has a balcony overlooking the woods, stream and courtyard. On the ground floor, there is the boiler room (pellet), with access from both inside and outside (locked) to rest and recharge your Super Bikes safely! A pressure washer is at your disposal for them. Wi-Fi is free and is only available on the outdoor terrace with comfortable furniture. The whole area is in a digital detox area: the cellular network has no coverage, get ready to reconnect with nature. The absence of light pollution in the outdoor areas, deliberately maintained, will make you enjoy beautiful night scenery, starry nights and full moons, enlivened by the songs and sounds of nocturnal animals that the seasons will vary in turn: towards the end of May, myriads of fireflies decorate the night meadows and if you sit on the benches by the stream you will be enveloped by their magic; in summer the crickets play their melody; in late autumn you hear owls and hoots; in winter on cold nights the stars seem much brighter and the sky turns a magnificent very intense blue, and even if you feel the cold on your face, falling asleep with all this wonder in your eyes will help you sleep regeneratingly. There are no fences: you can enjoy the whole "park" area of Conca del Sambuco, a super relaxing area set up by us with rustic benches and surprises that will delight your mind, spirit and rest your body; access the picnic area under the fig and plum trees or the one near the stream at any time; venture into the trails that start directly from here and take you to a Roman bridge, to churches with breathtaking views, to the Rive Rosse and many other itineraries, or rest next to the stream.
