Our apartment is located in the heart of Siem Reap city center, peaceful and centrally-located place. => In this listing are not included: 1. Electricity: 0.25 USD/ KW 2. Water: 0.75 USD / Cube => ON YOUR ARRIVAL: we request you to pay a deposit 50 USD for the electricity usage, we will invoice at the end of month how much you use. if you use less than 50 USD that you deposit, the remains will return you back. if you use over 50 USD, you will have to pay the exact amount that you use. The space It's a short stroll to the Royal King Palace, Super Markets, coffee shops, shopping mall, Pub Street, ,night market and other tourist attraction sites. We are in a quiet place and safe where no dust or road construction and it is in the town, and we provide a free bike for you to use during your stay. The apartment is located on the Ground floor. Bedroom equipped air-conditioning, lights with closet, Sofa, and table. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower. All linens and towels are provided. The bed is king size (180 x 200 cm). Fast Wi-Fi is accessible all around the property. The living room space has a comfortable sofa and table and chair. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, dish drain; basic cutlery and dishes, a pot and a frying pan. Guest access Our place is completely easy to access to main destinations: - 300 meters from Royal King Palace - 100 meters from Siem Reap River - 500 meters from Night market, Pub street, and old market. - 200 meters from super markets( Lucky Mall, Heritage walk) - 8 km from Angkor Park During your stay We are available most of the time, if guests need our assistance. Our swimming is not available inside the building premise, it’s available at our sister property from the apartment about 200 meters, it’s open from 8:00am till 9:00pm, and you can go to swim for free anytime. 03. Room cleaning by housekeeper one time per week. 04. On calendar for booking is available start minimum of one week stay up. 05. Free pick up from bus station to our apartment. Our driver will be available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 06.
