The space This bright house features two bedrooms: one with an extra queen bed and the other with two single beds, both with air conditioning. The spacious integrated kitchen and dining area (with air conditioning), along with a separate living room, provide ample comfort. It includes two complete bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle. It has high-speed internet and a Smart TV with Flow, as well as work desks. The terrace offers magnificent views of the hills, and the separate laundry room includes an automatic washing machine. Guest access The house features an exclusive apartment on the upper floor for guests, completely private. Other things to note Access to the house on the upper floor is via a staircase, and there is no elevator.
