In town on river and Hideaway Park, EV charger

Winter, spring, summer or fall you’ll love our newly renovated mountain retreat. In winter, you’re steps from the bus stop for the Winter Park Lyft that takes you to the mountain base. The sledding hill is a few yards away in Hideaway Park where you can sit by the fire pit or use the park provided sleds to go down the hill. Soak in the hot tub or curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book. Equipped kitchen - coffee, spices, seasonings, foil, condiments, complimentary soft drinks, etc. The space Our condo is the end unit on the left when you pull into the parking lot. There are five levels. When you walk in the front door, the garage is on your left. There’s a short flight of stairs, down to the lower main king bedroom and full bathroom that opens out onto a porch that overlooks the trail along the river. Up a short flight of stairs from the main entry is the dining room, kitchen, and living room, wraparound deck overlooking the river, hot tub and grill. Outdoor seating and dining are seasonal. Up another short flight of stairs is the laundry area, two bunk, rooms, and full bath. Up another short flight of stairs is the loft/office sitting area with a pullout couch, and the upstairs main king bedroom and full bathroom. Amazon Alexa in the living room is subscribed to Amazon Music. Ask Alexa to play you some music. Winter Park Short Term Rental #022176 Guest access The entire condo is yours to use. The parking is not assigned, but to be courteous to other residents and renters, we ask that you don’t bring more than two cars as parking is limited for the six units. Other things to note This condo is vertical with five levels. Guests need to be able to go up and down short flights of stairs as there is no living area on the walk-in level or kitchen, dining, living room level. We have our ski stuff locked up in the garage storage cabinets. There may be an occasion when we need to access that. I will let you know ahead of time to make arrangements. There’s an EV charger in the garage with a really long charging cord. The garage is a really tight single car space.
