The space Inside Boulder Tree House 🌲🌲🌲 The house is modern yet rustic, built on an exposed boulder, nestled between majestic trees. The house has a beautiful wood and stone façade and large windows to enjoy the landscape. Wake up with the sun rise and relax by the fire with the sunset peeking between the trees. Boulder Tree House has exposed pine wood, beams and decking. All walls and windows have soft round edges. Great room is on the 2nd floor. It encompasses the kitchen, dining, comfortable living space, large screen smart TV, wood burning fire place, a “chill”reading nook with a picturesque window and 2 balconies maximizing both West and East views. There is a separate loft office / sleeping space with a convertible, super plush twin bed with a private full bathroom and a Juliette balcony. Main bedroom suite is on the 1st floor. It includes a king bed, gas fireplace, 2 person shower / steam room, double vanity, an oversized soaking tub and a balcony to enjoy the most tranquil forest view. For your comfort, we offer luxury linens and towels. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. For your convenience, we have coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and honey. You are welcome to take any unused goodies with you. Outside Boulder Tree House 🌲🌲🌲 House sits on a very secluded property - close to 5 acres, surrounded by beautiful trees with private walking paths. There is a Chiminea with 2 chairs to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views of the trees, moon and view of Boulder Tree House. * Please note, in extreme weather conditions, the Chiminea may not be assessable for use. The winding driveway up and over a hill leads to the house and parking area for 2 cars. Guest access Entire House and Property Other things to note Boulder Tree House sits an top of a Boulder nestled between magnificent trees. Guests should have the ability to climb stairs to the main entrance as well and walk stairs inside the home. We will inform guests in advance if we or emergency contractor will need to visit the house and/or property to utilize the lower level utility and mechanical area for maintenance and housekeeping
