This stunning villa, crafted with a Mediterranean design, features local hardwoods, contemporary, colorful, and comfortable custom-made furnishings. Enjoy 180º beachfront views from the upper and lower verandas, with direct access to the beach from the backdoor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a water filtration system for drinking. The space Casa Mirage is a beachfront villa in Playa Grande where verandas open to wide ocean views and days unfold at ocean pace. With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 5,100 sq ft of space, it offers families and groups comfort and privacy throughout. The villa spans two levels around an open-air courtyard, creating an easy villa-style flow. Each bedroom is individually accessible from the courtyard, so guests can come and go without cutting through shared gathering areas. Three bedrooms are on the lower level and two are on the upper level. Outdoor living is a highlight at Casa Mirage. The open-air beachfront setting creates a close connection to nature, with colorful birds overhead, hermit crabs along the sand, and the occasional vibrant gecko or iguana passing through. A pool area sits between the villa and the beach, featuring two pools (a main pool plus a separate shallow wading/kiddie pool), along with hammocks and lounge chairs—ideal for watching family enjoy the sand and surf, then winding down with a sunset float. Shaded verandas wrap the villa with rocking chairs and a large outdoor dining table, creating an easy indoor–outdoor rhythm and a memorable setting for dinner together at day’s end. With air conditioning throughout, the villa offers an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining—perfect for shared meals and downtime between beach sessions. The kitchen includes a gas stove, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher. The sixth bathroom is located on the ground floor near the living and kitchen area for convenient daytime use. Guest access All areas are accessible. While there is no laundry room, laundry service is available for an additional fee. Other things to note Our concierge service includes cleaning every other day. Additional services such as cooking, meal prep, fridge stocking, and excursion activities can be arranged with our on-site manager. Additional charges may apply.
