Making this a Easy Choice for any Traveler Looking for a Peaceful Night's Rest/Sleep! Very Minimal Traffic. Cozy Living Room with a Sofa Looking Directly out to the Field of Jersey Heifers Grazing! Bathroom IS a Handicap Shower Accessible with a Shower Bench and Step Over Entry. Bedroom has an Adjustable Queen Sized Bed with Pillow Top Mattress and 60in Television in the Bedroom. Kitchenette has a Refrigerator, but NO Stove. I do Provide a Portable Counter Top Induction CookTop, Air Fryer, Rice Cooker, Hot Water Kettle and Microwave for your convenience. Welcome to use/ENJOY anything in the Refrigerator, Freezer or Cabinets you'd like during your visit/stay! Our water comes directly from a well and NOT city water and is COMPLETELY safe for drinking! Our water has NO been treated with ANY Chemicals We Built this AMAZING Apartment/Guest House back in 2005/06 for my Amazingly BEAUTIFUL Grandma. Unfortunately she was only able to stay in there for about 8 weeks. It sat empty for years until my Children then began using it while they were in College/Graduate School. It's Been Beautifully Fully Restored ~Repainted, New Flooring, Bathroom, Water Heater, Ect . We do have Security Cameras (RING and Wyze) on Site (OUTSIDE of the unit ONLY, NO Cameras on the inside of course) Dusk to Dawn Porch lights and Motion Sensor Lighting where parking is at. Parking is withing 15 feet of the Front Door of the Unit. I have a Cute Little Sign on the Garage "Welcome Guest Parking"..! NO SMALL CHILDREN ALLOWED~NO EXCEPTIONS~The Apartment/Guest House is NOT Baby/Child Proof. Please Absolutely NO Local Residents~ We Do NOT accept Guest from the Joplin and Carthage (and Surrounding Area within 50 miles) without prior approval. 1 Queen Sized ADJUSTABLE Bed with a 60' Television with Remote Control in Bedroom. Living Room has a 72' Television with Remote Control. ***PLEASE Remember We DO Live on a Working RUNNING Dairy Farm~ With This Being Said, I DO Have 2 (ONLY 2) Bath and Body Work's Wallflower Plug~Ins (1 in the Bathroom and 1 in the Living Room Area) I Do NOT Use An Overpowering Scent (Usually a Fruity Scent, Strawberry Pound Cake, Black Cherry Merlot) To Hopefully NEVER Have Farm Smells In The Apartment/Guest House.. WE Have NEVER Had Any Issues With It Smelling Like The Outside. However, IF The Wallflowers Could Be An Issue~ PLEASE, Simply Ask Me to Remove Them Prior To Your Arrival.. I Also Have A Plugged In An Outlet Air Cleaner For Those That Like to Sleep With a Clean Air Machine On.. Your Furry Family Member is/are Welcome to Roam about the area! Please note that we DO have Family Pets Ourselves that are VERY Friendly, if you're bringing a NOT so Friendly Dog, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know prior to your arrival so I may insure my/our Sweet Fur Kids are inside the House to avoid any issues.. We CAN Accommodate those that need parking for Long Trailers/U-Haul Moving Vans. We DO have ample space for Parking those Rigs! 🛑AGAIN NO CHILDREN... Sorry Guest access Access to the Full Apartment Use. I also keep the Refrigerator, Freezer and Cabinets Stocked for your ENJOYMENT! PLEASE Enjoy Any Snacks/Food items I have made available! And a New Glass Storm Door! Other things to note We have 4 AMAZING Fur Family Member that are Completely Harmless. They WILL alert us to your Arrival and Sound Ferocious, but they are Honestly~ Attention Seeking, SPOILED Rotten, VERY Loved~and as you will see, Very VERY WELL Fed (LOL) Big Olè Babies.. 1~King Charles Cavalier Spaniel ~ Miya 1~King Charles Cavalier Spaniel~ Maverick 1~Three legged Red Tick Coon Hound Dog ~ Brenda And "The Old Man" (he's 18+) Mutt ~ Eddie (Like the Dog from the Television Show "Fraiser") 🛑 PLEASE DO NOT Smoke (Cigarettes OR Marijuana) in our/the Apartment/Guest House. I don't charge a Cleaning Fee ~ HOWEVER it DOES take an extra 8 hours to remove this/the smell, because YES~people that do NOT smoke CAN smell it IMMEDIATELY, even 12 hours later.. We CAN and DO know when it's been smoked inside.. It takes over 8 hours to run the Ozone Generator to remove the smell, and NOT only does it remove the smell of Cigarettes and Marijuana, it also removes the "GOOD" smells I have have in there (Bath and Body Work's Wallflowers).. PLEASE do NOT chance getting a charge for Sanitizing.. My next Guest shouldn't have to be subjected to that nasty smell when you're more than welcome to simply SMOKE OUTSIDE. I have an ashtray attached to the Guest House for (your) Convenience. 🛑 No Pitbull Fur Babies 🛑 PLEASE~Unfortunately Pitties Do NOT Get Along Well With our Cattle in the past that We Have Noticed.. We MUST Insure the safety of our Cattle 1st and Foremost. If you're planning to Book and have a Pitbull Dog~We GRACIOUSLY and HUMBLY ask you to Book Elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY NO AGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS ABSOLUTELY NO Small Children Allowed~We Have NOT Baby/Child Proofed the Apartment/Guest House.. NO EXCEPTIONS. YES the Water is from a Well and VERY Safe to Drink from!
