Miranda Lookout

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is not glamping but it's perfect for a budget friendly stopover in the lovely Firth of Thames. This little cabin is situated on the highest hill in Pukorokoro/Miranda on 3 hectares of native bush including mature kauri. Ten minutes down to the Firth for cycling, bird watching, fishing and some amazing bush walks (including easy walk to the top of the Hunua Dam). Also easy pause on way to the Coromandel or points further East. The space Self-contained cabin with a double bed and two bunks. No kitchen but has kettle and fridge. Access to a full bathroom in the main house. Other things to note Is 2km down a gravel road. Two friendly dogs on property.
