Room directly in Sittensen (P)

Our room "Paris" is on the first floor of a new building on our property. The location is gorgeous. Right next door is the mill pond, which invites you to beautiful moments. Various restaurants, playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool and also various supermarkets are within walking distance. There is also a bus connection that takes you directly to the train to Hamburg or Bremen. In addition, the Nordpfad leads through Sittensen and the Tister Bauernmoor is not too far away. The space We put a lot of effort into furnishing the rooms in a cozy and loving way. We were thematically inspired by "Paris." In total, there are three rooms that can be rented individually, a shared bathroom and also a kitchen with a small seating area, fridge, stove, kettle and microwave. !!!!So the kitchen and bathroom may be shared with other guests!!!! If you need anything, please feel free to contact us anytime! If you want to bring a dog, please write to us so we can see if it fits during that period. Guest access The shared bathroom and kitchen are available for all guests. We're still working on setting up a small seating area outside in the garden... If we are unable to greet you in person, there is a key safe and we will simply clarify all the details in advance. The Wi-Fi password is on the nightstand. During your stay Looking forward to meeting you!! Since we work and also like to travel ourselves, we are not permanently there, but we are always available to you by cell phone. My mother-in-law also lives downstairs, who has years of AirBnB experience and is looking forward to finally having people in the house again. However, the area upstairs is completely separate except for a common entrance door. Other things to note Bedding is of course provided, towels can be taken if necessary. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available, which can be used for a small donation.
