No parking on the driveway, but there’s plenty of free street parking right in front of the house. The space -Newly built from the ground in 2022 🐶 -Two bedrooms, each with a Queen foam firm mattress. -Private separate entrance. -The two bedrooms and bathroom are sectioned off from the rest of the house, so no one will have access to your space! -Private, dedicated bathroom. Bathroom is right next to the bedroom, and it’s brand new and modern! -You will have your own outdoor patio with patio furniture directly in front of your room. Very relaxing! -The two bedrooms is part of the main house, so it does share a wall, but there is no access. You have a separate entry and it is very private. -The whole house is equipped with water softener. Water softener will do wonders for your skin and hair! -Each spacious room is equipped with: 1) 4K TV 60” with live sport channels and live TV with over 200 channels! 2) Work desk, great for remote work. 3) Mini-fridge and microwave 4) Super fast AT&T Fiber internet with 1 Gbps download and upload speed ⚡️ 5) Self check-in with smart lock. 6) Coffee, Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, utensils, coffee, water, etc. are provided. The front main house has four bedrooms, and they are all listed on Airbnb. The house is sectioned off like a duplex, so you will not see other Airbnb guests. It’s very private. All rooms have their own entrance, their own private bathroom, and there are no shared spaces. There is also an ADU in the back with two bedrooms. One of those bedrooms is also listed on Airbnb. There may be other Airbnb guests in the house, so please be mindful of the noise level. The house is located on a main busy street, but all bedrooms are located towards the back of the house.
