The bedroom has a queen size bed with a small area for clothes and TV. The sofa bed has storage below for guests and tv in Livingroom as well. I reside in the front house however the wall connected has double walls with great insulation for no sound between the two. Also the windows are have privacy tint. Huge backyard with BBQ & garden. Walking up to levee is semi steep. The dock has 3 slips with a houseboat that you can kick back on and fish (inside use not available) A beautiful place to kayak and enjoy nature. Very comfortable, safe, clean and fun! Guest access Guests have the entire home for yourselves. There's a 2nd home in front that shares the dock and outside accommodations. The lot has plenty of elbow room!
