The Blue Earth Room

Find a nice place to rest your head in this comfy shared home. No cleaning fee! Located close to Iroquois Park, Jefferson Memorial Forest hiking trails, shopping centers, restaurants, and the airport. Also reasonably close to Churchill Downs and the University of Louisville. The space Guests can sleep in a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower with new accessories, and the living room has a comfy napping couch. Quiet cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood with driveway parking, backyard with a deck, fire pit, and grill open to guest use! Wifi is available, but currently, we have no television. Projector available on request if you BYO computer! Guest access Entire house accessible with the exception of host bedroom/ bathroom. Grill, firepit, projector available by request! During your stay Depending on the day of the week, we are always willing to hang out and give you advice on activities going on in the city! Other things to note We have one cat who does go in and out of bedrooms if the doors are open. Please don't lock her in! We have busy schedules but when available are always down to spend time, go on hikes and walks, or give suggestions for city activities. Neighborhood is friendly and walkable if that is your thing!
