Take a vacation between the city and the mountains. In just a few minutes you are in the center of the beautiful city of Kempten. To the south, you are within a short drive in the middle of the Allgäu mountains. In our apartment with beautiful old wood elements you can recover from culture, hiking, cycling or day trips. The space Our apartment has been completely newly furnished and lovingly self-decorated with many old wooden elements. The 300-year-old wood gives the one-room apartment a coziness and warmth that you don't want to miss on vacation. The apartment is located as a basement apartment in our basement, so we share a common entrance with a hallway. But you have complete privacy. You will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can either just have a coffee (everything is available for this) or a really good meal. All important spices as well as vinegar and oil are also provided for you. Our apartment is perfectly located as a starting point for any excursions in the Allgäu. To get to the center of Kempten by car, it only takes seven minutes. Here you will find great cultural offers, good restaurants (for this we have summarized a selection as info) and a wide range of shopping opportunities. Just one kilometer away is the access to the Iller cycle path, which runs through the beautiful Allgäu countryside to Oberstdorf. Your bike can be stored with us and the battery of the e-bike can be charged. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts in no time from us (here, too, we have put together an overview and recommendation of the slopes). You can store the ski and snowboard equipment as well as the wet clothes in our heating room overnight so that everything dries quickly if you want to hit the slopes again the next day. All information about excursions, sports and cultural offers as well as restaurant tips can be found via a QR code. This is located next to the entrance door. In the spring and summer, a small separate terrace is at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the great view over Kempten's lights, especially on beautiful summer nights. If you have friends visiting, talk to us. We also have a large terrace with a grill. You are welcome to share this by arrangement. The bus stop is only 50 meters away, so you can easily reach the city by public transport. The train station is also only two kilometers away (4 minutes by car, 25 minutes on foot). From here you can travel, for example, with a very good connection to Oberstdorf, Ulm, Augsburg or Munich. We look forward to having you as our guest.
