Below is our parking suggestion along with the rates: 1. Uptown Mall · If you enter between 6 AM to 12 NN, the first 3 hours is ₱50. An additional ₱15 for the succeeding 4th to 7th hour. ₱100 for the succeeding hour starting the 7th hour onward. · If you enter between 12:01 NN to 5:59 AM, the first 3 hours is ₱50. An additional ₱15 for the succeeding 4th to 7th hour. ₱30 for the succeeding hour starting the 7th hour onward. · Overnight rate of ₱200 plus the parking fee. 2. Mitsukoshi Mall · The first three hours is ₱60. An additional ₱20 for every succeeding hour. · Overnight rate of ₱500 plus the parking fee. Guest access - As a guest, you have free access to the pool. Operating Tuesday to Sunday from 6 AM to 10 PM - The fitness gym is reserved for the use of long-term tenants only. - Basketball/Badminton Court can be used from 9 AM to 9 PM with a corresponding fee of 100/per hour during daytime and 200/per hour during nighttime Other things to note Major House Rules: - No parties or events - One Uptown Residences has a strict No Smoking policy (within or outside the condominium unit) - Respect the neighbors by keeping the noise level down - Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property. - We require each guest to provide a copy of their valid ID as soon as the booking is confirmed
