Guest access Guests have private use of the entire home, front yard and backyard, including the seasonal pool, covered hot tub, fire pit and designated guest parking. A locked basement storage area, the barns and leased horse fields are not included in guest access. Guests are welcome to enjoy the farm views and watch the horses from designated guest areas. For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised and guests should remain outside the marked private farm areas. The driveway is shared with the horse owners and occasional service providers. Their visits are generally brief and unobtrusive, and designated guest parking remains available throughout your stay. Other things to note This is an authentic rural farm stay surrounded by nature and working farmland. • Well water: The home uses softened well water, and filtered drinking water is available from the refrigerator. • Driveway: The long dirt and gravel driveway may become muddy following heavy rain or during the spring thaw. • Winter access: The driveway is plowed following significant snowfall. A shovel and salt are provided for light snowfall or accumulation that occurs during a stay. • Rural setting: Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, farm sounds, field dust and changing weather—all natural parts of a countryside stay. • WiFi: Starlink WiFi is generally reliable for streaming and video calls, although speeds may occasionally vary due to weather. • Pool: The outdoor pool is seasonal. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests must follow the posted pool rules. The barns and leased horse fields are private and strictly off-limits. A damaged barn is located within the private farm area and must not be approached.
