Our home is spacious, serene and fully furnished. Offering a pleasant tropical atmosphere and views of the Caribbean Sea, the amazing sunrise and sunset. It is in a 24hr gated community, in the beautiful Town of Falmouth Trelawny. We are are located 35 minutes from Sangster International Airport, 1 hour from Ocho Rios and close to all major attractions on the North Coast such as Luminous Lagoon Glistening Water, 876 Beach Club, Dunns River Fall, Purto Seco Beach, Dolphin Cave, Rafting and more. The space Giving a sense of belonging, our home is air-conditioned, light, airy and spacious, while having free WiFi available throughout the house and a smart TV in the living area. Enjoy our home as you will have it to yourself with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. There is also free parking available on the premises and with all of these your stay will be cozy and an unwinding. Guest access Everyone with a confirmed reservation has access to our home. 1-2 guests will occupy one bedroom only and to have the second bedroom, an additional charge per person, per night, for up to four guests per reservations is required. Access to the community and all that the complex has to offer (swimming pool and gym), will be included. Only guest that have a confirmed booking are allowed on the complex. Other things to note Only persons on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. The security at the gate is very strict. Only persons on the reservation will be admitted into the community. Drivers who transport you to and from the property must leave immediately after pick up and drop off. Under no circumstances unapproved vehicles and persons should be inside the community more than 15 minutes after pick up or drop off. Please be considerate when using the A/C and kindly turn them off when not in the rooms. Damages of any kind will incur a fee. Smoking inside of the home is not permitted. You will incur a smoking fee of $250 USD if you smoke in the house. Thank you for your understanding.
