“The Bee” is a beautiful spacious 2-bedroom basement apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Separate entrance, private bath, kitchenette, dining area, exercise room, lovely outdoor area w/ beautiful gardens and saltwater swimming pool. 5 min. to Sentara Hospital; 10 min. to JMU and I-81; less than 15 min. to hiking/biking trails, kayaking, caverns, Shenandoah National Park, EMU, Massanutten resort, wineries, and breweries. Host lives above the property with a medium-sized dog. The space Lovely space with double doors to the garden pool area. Private, small exercise room with treadmill, bike, and rower. Fenced-in backyard that my dog uses a few times a day. Pool area with towels, lounge chairs, and dining area. Chimnea and BBQ grill. Guest access You will have access to the whole downstairs living area with a separate entrance. Access to my private pool and back garden area with lounge chairs and a large patio area.
