Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★ We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Please note that our fireplace is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional degrees in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!) ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
