Charming Apartment with Greenhouse & Shared Garden

Welcome to our guest apartment above the garage with a private entrance. Here you can enjoy a quiet place with proximity to many things and a large shared garden. The apartment is easy to reach by car and there is plenty of parking space. It is within walking distance to Råå where you will find restaurants, mini golf, ICA Maxi and above all the sea. Although the apartment is not exclusive, we really believe that our guests will enjoy it here. Welcome to our home and discover all that our surroundings have to offer The space Welcome to our charming accommodation located on our property, where we share the place with you as our guest. We live in one house while the other houses the cozy apartment that we offer for rent. With a private entrance and hall on the ground floor, a spiral staircase leads up to the apartment itself on the second floor. The outdoor environment is generous and provides wonderful access to the accommodation, but we want to clearly inform you that it is shared with us. On the second floor, you will find a separate bedroom, toilet, living room and kitchen in one. Here, it is also possible to pull a curtain to screen off a sofa bed that can be 160 cm wide. Note that the bed in the bedroom measures closer to 195 cm in length than the usual 200 cm. The shower is located under the spiral staircase and can easily be screened off with a curtain for private showering.
