Detached house with garden on the water, near Amsterdam

This former marina house is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The large (fenced) garden is located on the water, so you are on the Westeinderplassen. The garden is a paradise for children because of the trampoline and the playground including playhouse/slide. You can enjoy the tranquility here and with bad weather you can relax inside by the wood stove. The house is in the quiet part of a dead end street. Aalsmeer is close to Schiphol, Amsterdam and Leiden. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which is furnished with bunk bed for two persons (children). The other bedroom has a very comfortable box spring bed for 2 people. The bath and bedrooms are downstairs which is ideal for hot summer nights – the rooms always stay cool. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and plenty of storage space. Shampoo and soap as well as a hair dryer. The living area including kitchen is located upstairs. The cozy living room is very bright on the sunny days and has a wood burning stove which you can use during the colder (winter)months. There is also underfloor heating in the living room and an extra toilet in the hallway adjacent to the living room. The kitchen overlooks the Ringvaart. The kitchen has a stove and oven plus microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Downstairs there is a fridge/freezer combination including ice maker. The kitchen has basic needs such as olive oil, herbs, dishwasher detergent, etc. Adjacent to the living room is the sunny terrace which overlooks the garden. Parking is available in front of the door, on site. There is space for 6 cars. On request there is a camping bed for babies and high chair available (we also have a high chair for outside and a box for in front of the garden). The whole house is available to our guests. It has a living area of 95 m2, the garden is 500 m2, the total plot has 900 m2. Qualifications: * Can accommodate 2-4 guests plus a baby (free camping bed upon request) * Check-in with smart lock possible * Sunny terrace and large (play)garden with lots of privacy. * Free parking * 15 minutes to Schiphol airport * 25 min to Amsterdam * 10 minutes by bike to Aalsmeer city center Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and (fenced) garden.
