The front house has four bedrooms, and they are all listed on Airbnb. All rooms will have their own private entrance and private attached bathrooms. There are no shared spaces. There is no access to common areas for all guests in order to keep cleaning fees and noise level low. The back ADU has two bedrooms, and one is also listed on Airbnb.
