Nestled peacefully in the woodlands of Bishop Thornton, Harrogate, The Pavilion is a newly converted 2 bedroom tranquil retreat. Accessed via a private road, The Pavilion, situated on the Nidderdale Way, offers a luxurious, warm and cosy stay for those seeking a relaxing break in the Yorkshire Dales. The space With an array of picturesque walks right from your doorstep, you'll be immersed in the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire. Just a stone's throw away lies the vibrant town of Harrogate (7 miles), renowned for its spa heritage, superb gardens, and abundance of dining options. Enjoy a stroll around Valley or RHS Harlow Carr gardens or indulge in a spot of retail therapy. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is also on your doorstep, providing even more breath-taking countryside and plenty of picturesque towns and villages to explore. The Pavilion is a newly renovated lodge, spec’d to the highest standards, guaranteeing you a perfect break away from home. The space sleeps 4 with two king size, modern ensuite bedrooms. The king size beds can be split into twin’s on request. Bedroom's have under bed storage for clothing and there is also a hanging rail provided. Both bedroom's have smart TV's on the wall. The living space is open plan and light with high vaulted ceilings. The living area features a new modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 large sofa's, 50 inch Smart TV in lounge, each bedroom has its own Smart TV utility room and WC. The utility space includes a washer/dryer, ironing board, laundry basket and iron. From the open plan living space, through large bi-fold doors you can access a lovely outdoor private patio area where guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. There is also a Weber coal BBQ and utensils available (coals not provided). Guests will also have access to the extensive woodland gardens of the owners 12.5 acre grounds which includes a river walk along the Beck and nature trail. Situated on the outskirts of Bishop Thornton village, there are extensive walks right from the doorstep. A large pond has been recently instated to attract wildlife. Please be aware children must be supervised at all times. Guests need to be aware when the weather is inclement extra care must be taken when walking near the Beck and on the bridges. Guest access The property is accessed down a private lane, 1.5 miles from the village of Bishop Thornton. The Pavilion itself is on the owners private estate albeit in a separate, private location with its own private drive and outdoor space.
