Klingner Cottage - Walk to Redcliffe and the water front The space Redcliffe cottage within walking distance to the main center of Redcliffe including the lagoon and the Redcliffe Jetty as well as all the shops and Restaurants and Cafes. Lowset home 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, seperate lounge and kitchen and a full laundry. The second lounge room out the back of the house has a single bed for the extra friend to stay with air conditioning in the main living and master bedroom and security screens with fans. Parking in the front yard and a fully fenced back yard with another parking area out the back from the back laneway. No pets allowed. Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire. Security bonds apply on collection of keys. All properties are strictly non-smoking. 3 - 5 night minimum 7 - 10 night minimum during School, Easter & Christmas holidays Christmas booking must arrive before 23rd December and Vacate after 3rd January Guest access Keys are to be collected from our office, details will be provided once a booking has been made. After hours key collection is also available. We do require a registration form to be completed and your photo ID provided once the booking has been confirmed. Office hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) if you are arriving or departing outside of these hours please check your direct emails for instructions on what to do. Also if enquiries are sent outside of these times a slight delay may occur Other things to note Essential items (quantity) such as toilet paper soap etc are supplied for entry day only. Beach towels are not supplied (only bath towels) We manage a number of properties in the area, if this one doesn't suit you please enquire as I am happy to help you with something else that may suit your needs. This residential area has owners and tenants living close by please take consideration of others. 5 night minimum, over school holidays 7 - 10 night minimum during Easter & Christmas holidays. A registration form is required to be completed & returned once the booking has been taken and photo ID is also to be provided to our office for our records & security bond is required.
