At Black Bear View you will enjoy an updated condo overlooking the Dillon Reservoir, and mountain ranges on all sides! Located near the top of Wildernest, we have National Forest trail access right outside the door, and 4 world class ski resorts nearby. We are frequently updating our condo to make sure it is comfortable and ready to be your Summit County home during your stay. With a bus stop at the entrance of the complex, transportation to Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge is easy! The space Our condo complex has been undergoing renovations to its clubhouses and hot tub facilities. We currently have a newly renovated pool and hot tub facility open in Building AA/BB, as well as a newly renovated hot tub available in Building G. Inside the condo there is an open area containing the living area with a pullout couch and a kitchen with dining table. The oven, stove and refrigerator were all purchased in 2022. There is also a dishwasher with a starter amount of dishwashing detergent for your convenience. The main bedroom has king sized bed and an en suite bathroom containing a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen under twin xl. The 2nd bathroom with a full tub is between the living area and bedrooms. The floor, rugs and interior doors throughout the condo were all updated in 2023. Guest access With the exception of locked "owners closets" the entire condo is yours to use. There is a linen closet, 2 bedroom closets, and a coat closet available for guests, so there should be ample closet space available during your stay. Other things to note Our Condo is on the 2nd Floor of Buffalo Ridge Condominiums. The parking is below the 1st level of condos and there is not an elevator so it is required to walk 2 stories of stairs to reach the condo after parking. There is a rear door to the condo building, without a parking area, that only requires a single flight of stairs. We recommend this rear door for loading and unloading luggage, ski equipment or groceries. Our condo complex has been undergoing renovations to its clubhouses and hot tub facilities. For your convenience we do provide starter quantities of cooking oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We do not offer maid service to restock these items during your stay.
