Modern terraced house tucked away in a cozy alley in the vibrant hilltop village of Xaghra. Situated only 20mins walk away from Ggantija Temples World-Heritage Site and only 10mins from the picturesque Victory Square. The house is equipped with a pool and terrace, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, 3 bedrooms each with a private ensuite and a lavatory on the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the ground floor open-plan. Perfect for families or large groups. The space The front door leads directly into the pool area. On the ground floor, our guests can find an open-plan consisting of the kitchen, dining table and sofa. The open-plan is ventilated with ample sunlight throughout the day. On this floor one can find a lavatory. As you head up the first floor, you find two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double-room with its own private ensuite and balcony. While, Bedroom 2 is a twin-room and also owns a private ensuite and balcony overlooking the pool area. Further up on the second floor, one can find Bedroom 3 which is a family room characterized by a double bed, two twin beds and a 1-adult sofa bed. This rooms also has its own private bathroom and balcony. All bedrooms and the ground floor have air-conditioning. Guest access The guests enjoy the entire property during their stay. Other things to note Linen, Quilts, Blankets and extra pillows are provided for free. Body Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Caps and Disposable Face Wipes are also provided for free. Free use of bath towels, face towels and pool towels. The pantry also has free oil, vinegar, salt and pepper for your cooking needs.
