Magnolia Hill

Peaceful but full of color and life. Sits right above the Toccoa River so there's that babbling brook affect the relaxes all. The space Sitting on two acres of beautiful mountain fauna. Mountain Laurel, massive pines, enormous aspen, mountain ferns, dogwoods, mighty oaks, and swamp magnolias frame the wonderful view of the mountains and river. The property runs down to the river where there are a few good fishing spots. In the summer this river is filled with white water kayaks and river tubes. There is also a nice gazebo and a small grotto water fall down along the river. Right down the road is the Riverside restaurant full of fresh fish, steaks, and food for the kids. Another Riverside hot spot is the Iron Bridge Cafe full of great food and freshly baked cakes and deserts and a small selection of groceries and gifts. They also have a place next store to pan for gold!! Guest access Use of entire house. Two wrap around porches and a balcony on the third floor master over looking mountains and the Toccoa River. All rooms open up to this beautiful wooded space. Fire pit down the hill from the house. The main porch includes comfortable seating, a tall top table over looking the river, a small dining table for four and a hybrid barrel grill with a gas grill and a charcoal grill. There is also a smoke box on the charcoal side. My personal amenity is the main porch large adjustable barn fan that creates a wonderful breeze across the whole porch. Other things to note WiFi, Dish TV on main floor and large room down stairs. There is also an Amazon fire stick to expand viewing selections.
