This suite was not built as a rental. It's my home and while I'm away I'm happy to make it available to people who will appreciate it and respect it as they would their own home. It's finished to a very high standard, mostly warm and traditional, but with a few idiosyncrasies that I hope you will love. The space Set up as a one-bedroom, there is a comfortable fold out couch in the sunroom suitable for short term guests. There is a working gas fireplace and the main walk-in shower is also a steam room. The sunroom is "the best room on the street" and probably the best place in Toronto to start the day. Guest access The listing says "some areas may be shared" but the only area that's shared is the laundry. It's a large and self-contained apartment. The property manager lives downstairs.
