The nearest tram stop is 10 mins walk (links to airport, Murrayfield) Close to a large park (Leith Links) and many bars and restaurants. It is also well located for visiting east Lothian with its beautiful beaches a 30 min drive away. The house has been renovated in a modern style. The dining kitchen has beautiful glass doors which can fully open to enjoy the sunny days. The space Our family home gives you a bright comfortable base for your stay in Edinburgh. We have sunny south-west facing garden, a driveway which provides off-street parking for up to two cars and generous living space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Everything is freshly decorated in a modern style with a new kitchen and bathroom recently installed. Buses from outside the house take you into the city centre in 20 minutes, and it’s a short walk to the tram which connects directly to Edinburgh airport and both Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket train stations. There is a mini supermarket one minute from the house and two large supermarkets nearby. This is our permanent home which we rent out when we go on holiday.
