Absolute tranquility and pure nature. The accommodation with a private pool is located in Brull, a municipality located in the Montseny Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve. Walking from the house you can start endless and privileged hiking trails, mountain biking or horseback riding, at different levels, both to do with family and children, and to encourage you to reach the peaks of the Montseny mountain range. Walking also leads to tennis courts and golf. The space This is a very special space; the entire house, with its rectangular shape, features large openings that, without sacrificing privacy, connect every corner of the house with the surrounding holm oak and oak forest. The house has a 60-m² kitchen-dining area, two bathrooms, and a 65-m² bedroom area with four bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite room with a bathroom. It has a unique, fun, and cozy layout, perfect for sharing as a family, feeling like you're surrounded by trees even when you're inside the house. The house has two security cameras, one inside the house and the other in the garden. During the guests' stay, the cameras are disconnected and have no image or sound functionality. Guest access The accommodation is a separate property without common areas. It is 2000 m2 of land with oak forest. It has: Children's play area with sandpit, trampoline, archery... among other fun and physical activity elements; Pool area with grass for sports and recreational games such as Badminton, volleyball, soccer, petanque, rackets..., among others; Track area with basketball hoop, Ping Pong table and other games for children to have fun skating; and finally, our small Farm where you can collect the freshly laid eggs from our beloved hens. We have a variety of board games to share with the family and a projector to enjoy movies, football or music, even from the garden. To complete the stay, in the garden area the accommodation has an original outdoor lounge to sit with the family around the fire and share special moments. Parking is available inside the property or outside, at the door of the house, free of charge. Other things to note The accommodation is surrounded by a wide range of sports, leisure and gastronomy activities: Montanyà Golf Club, located 15 minutes walk from the house by rural road, is an ideal and prestigious club for golf lovers. Seva Tennis Club: It has tennis, paddle and squash courts. It is a 20-minute walk on a rural road or 5 minutes by bike on the same road. Next to the club, there is also a dirt track for playing soccer and skateboarding tracks with ramps and modules. Els Roures Pools: This is a space with different pools, one of them saltwater, indoor chiquipark area, park and children's play area, picnic area, beach volleyball court, small soccer court and other leisure spaces. The cuisine is diverse and typical of the area. Less than 4 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike, or even walking on a country road: El Castel del Brull Restaurant located in a historic place in the area, L'Estanyol Restaurant located in the Montanyà Golf Club, Can Rafael located in the town of Seva, Cal Joan Restaurant, next to the Montanyà Hotel among others that we can recommend. For lovers of history and culture, from the accommodation, you have the option to start hiking or mountain biking routes to visit historical and reference monuments in the area such as: The Iberian Fortification of Montgròs, built in the 5th century BC; The 11th century churches of Sant Martí del Brull and Santa Maria de Seva; the Castle of Brull, whose ruins date back to the 11th century; the remains of the Dolmen del Pla del Boix, which are testimony to the funerary culture of more than 4000 years ago...among others. A 20-minute drive away is the medieval city of Vic, a city of historical interest and the capital of the region, where we can expand the tourist, culinary and leisure offer. We recommend a visit to see: The Roman Temple of Vic, one of the only two Roman temples in Spain that is almost completely preserved; the Cathedral of Sant Pere de Vic, from the 11th century; The medieval walls of the city, built in the 12th century; and the famous Plaza Mayor de Vic, one of the most idyllic places for gastronomy, fairs and markets. The accommodation is located 50 minutes by car or 1:10h by train from downtown Barcelona and 1 hour by car from Barcelona El Prat Airport. It is also a 1-hour drive from the city of Girona and 45 minutes from its airport. The nearest train station to the accommodation is a 5-minute drive away and has free parking: Sant Miquel de Balanyà, line R3, with a direct route to downtown Barcelona.
