The space SeaSands is a modern costal apartment with magnificent beach & coastal views. 10 minute walk to North Avoca and 5 minutes to Terrigal. Relax and unwind enjoying the serenity on your private balcony or soak in the hot tub. SeaSands offers open plan living and dining with all the comforts creating a home away from home. The kitchenette is well equipped including an induction cooktop and full size fridge. All cooking utensils supplied along with Nespresso coffee machine and tea. Bed linen and bath towels provided for your stay. Beach towels also available upon request. The apartment comes with Wi-Fi, smart TV, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and aircon in the lounge room. Access to the flat is via a 2 storey staircase at the eastern side of the property across the courtyard (see photos). It is self-contained, & situated on the entire third (lower) level of the house including the attached verandah with BBQ. The spa is for the exclusive use of guests. The house is set on a steep hillside block with no access to the downhill garden. The flat has not been designed with children in mind, and with the lack of both play area & play facilities, & absence of fencing, the listing is not considered suitable for children. Please note** The driveway can be used as a drop off area only. Parking is available on Coast Road, 1min walk from the house. Please do not park in the driveway as homeowners need the space for garage access. Other things to note SeaSands is a private apartment with a separate front door to the residence - access by the stairs at the side of the house. Please note that access to the site is shared with the owners above and within the apartment there is a stairway and door connecting into the main house which will be locked at all times during your stay. This apartment is unsuitable for children in view of its steepness, lack of play area & facilities, & lack of fencing. In addition the external access necessitates scaling multiple stairs.
