Colle di Perugia (formerly Casa Pitara) – cozy apartment

Join us @Colle di Perugia! We are at the beginning of the village San Martino in Colle, at a 10 minutes drive outside Perugia, on a quiet and private street. In some of the late fall mornings, the mist surrounds the entire valley and you feel like you are in the clouds! Such a spectacol! On Christmas Eve, Santa comes to every house with children, on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him. Wonderful initiative for the kids of all ages, between 0-100 years old! The space Our names are Constantin and Georgiana and we are happy to be your host! The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor of our house and has a separate entrance. We, the hosts, live on the other two floors of the house. The private parts of the house is signaled and off limits for the guests, unless invited by the host. You'll find a cozy apartment, with 3 separate bedrooms (each with a king size bed - 180x200 cm), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Each room has a balcony with chairs and tables where you can enjoy the beautiful view. Other things to note We speak Italian, English and Romanian. There are 2 parking places near the house, on a service road. No parking in the yard . The city tax for the non-residents is not included in the price of the apartment and must be paid in cash at check-in (1,50 euro/person/night for a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 14 years old do not pay this tax. We don't allow extra guests inside the property, other than the ones registered at the check-in. The private part of the house is signaled and off limits for the guests, unless invited by the host. We welcome your furry friends, with an extra fee of 10 euro/pet/stay, to be paid in cash, at the check-in. Your pet is your responsibility and kindly make sure no damage will be done to the apartment or it's contents. As per the law, at the check-in, all our guests must agree and sign a rental agreement.
