The Thermas Paradise Residence , as well as the traditional Rio Quente Resort complex, is located on the banks of the famous Ribeirão de Água Quente, the largest hot spring river in the world. It has a large leisure and rest area entirely bathed by the “Rio Quente”, where it is possible to dive, have fun or simply relax! Your family will be staying a few meters from Hotpark, the world's largest hydrothermal park The space Duplex apartment, with 2 suites with split air conditioning, barbecue and private bathtub(without hydro) in the apartment. The apartment is arranged with 2 suites, one on the second floor with double bed and extra bed, plus extra mattress. The upstairs is separated from the floor below by a spiral staircase, not accessible for people with special needs and limited mobility. In the suite underneath, two single beds, extra mattresses. In addition, in the apartment we have a kitchen with a cooktop, cabinets, sandwich maker, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and kitchen utensils (basic) dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. On the top floor there is also a brewery and a barbecue grill. Guest access The condominium has an excellent water park, 5 swimming pools with temperatures ranging from 25; 33 and 36 degrees, available only to guests. One of the pools with waterfall and sauna, in addition to 3 hot tubs with an average temperature of 40 degrees. In the lower part of the green area, we also have a thermal river, private to guests with a swimming pool of running water. In the lower part of the river, there is also a natural lounger. For children and adolescents, the condominium offers a games room, TV room, as well as the gym and sand court for the general public. All Thermas Paradise apartments have a guest occupancy fee and parking fee (if used). The occupancy rate per night, charged at check-in is R$10.00 per person over 11 years old. If the guest uses the parking lot, they will be charged R$25.00 per night. Parking is limited to 1 spot per flat(rotating slots - subject to availability). In cases of low season, it may be checked with the administration the possibility to have one more vacancy, provided that there is additional payment of the additional vacancy. All apartments have a voltage of 220 V. The water park operates from 08 hrs until 22 hrs. The use of thermal boxes and bags; instruments/sound box of any nature; sharp or glass objects in the condominium's leisure area is not allowed.
