The resort is huge and has a lot of things to do, so much as you would never have to leave the premises to have a great vacation. Luggage can be safely kept by the bell boy services while you have meal or stay by the pool till room is ready or ready to leave the resort. Arrival and departure on Monday,Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only Guest access TRANSPORTATION: you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email, you will be able to reserve your transportation using your reservation number. When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing navy pants and a blue shirt with a Cancún Bay logo, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.To return back to the airport you need to use taxi service ( average $ 40 for a ride) unless you use a rental car. The Limo bus return is not included but can be arranged through concierge. Additional fee of $ 5/day will be charged for rental car parking. Other things to note Once booked, you will receive confirmation from the resort (7 – 10 business days after booking).
